one of those mommy days

Do you ever have one of those days where you question if you're doing a good job parenting? That is how this day has been for me. Talking calmly to noodle hasn't worked, bargaining hasn't worked, yelling hasn't worked. These days are so aggravating! Thankfully, lizard is always good (for now). These are the days where I feel like all I do is look at the clock hoping husband has an early day (never happens). Most days that start off like this normally don't stay like this. So all I can do for now is pray and wait for the tide to turn.

  1. Thanks for stopping by. Sorry I didn't have a fresh pot of coffee made or cookies baked...I know, I'm a nut! I love your momma! and your sister too! Love your blog name. My grandson calls breastfeeding "boo"...

  6. Sorry, but I am laughing at your momma's comment. We are sitting back and remembering how it was when our little rug rats were running around. (Sorry about the name calling) I mean it in a funny way. Now, we can babysit when we want a kid fix and send them home when we are ready to pull out our hair. (Now, you know I am just kidding on this comment too) We LOVE our grandbabies to death! I have never felt like I wanted my grandkids to go home. I just had to let out some humor on such a foggy gloomy day....

  9. lol, you're hilarious! Lizard eating Noodle, you're too funny. My Mom, for as long as I can remember, has said that the person who coined the phrase terrible two's kid never lived to be three. So that is something to look forward to :) My Mom sits back now and laughs because she thinks it's funny.

  10. Thanks for stopping by our blog today :) I'm looking forward to catching up on yours!

I think every single day starting at 3 I start wishing that the hubby would just decide to come home early randomly... but that never happens here either!

  11. That's so funny, 3:00 is my breaking point in the day, too. And you can tell Noodle is thinking the same thing because she and I just start butting heads.
